 You've heard the saying "You can't exercise your way out of a bad diet", well that is very true.

Achieving better fitness, reducing body fat or gaining muscle, starts in the kitchen.

Nourishing your body with healthy, nutritious food is a must. You will feel better, look better and have more energy to fuel your workout, but it has to taste good too. Using fresh ingredients in every meal, limiting ultra processed foods and tracking your calories will become second nature with some practice. 

How does it work?

The psychology of eating is more complex than just a meal plan, so we need to get into depth about your biggest challenges and what steps can be put in place, so you meet your target successfully; understanding food triggers and common downfalls.

 

There are two parts to the nutrition plan:

Food Planner

You will have a food planner to fill in and then we will work together to encourage healthy eating habits and practice.

Body and Mind Analysis

You will have a full body and mind analysis [that comprises of questions related to your lifestyle] so that I can help you on your journey of a healthier and happier you. We work together to tap into what plan is best suited to you.​​

Once you sign up, you will gain access to your nutrition dashboard. It has all the tools and advice necessary to keep you on track.

 

You will have a weekly one-to-one session with me, to look at your diet, give you advice on how to improve it, and answer any questions.

In one month, you will have empowered yourself with the information needed to stay on track forever.

But of course, I’m always here to guide and encourage you.

What's included in the plan?

Every week you will fill in your food planner that will then be analysed and assessed. 

  • You will be given advice on all areas of nutrition.

  • How to improve your daily diet to promote your fitness goal. 

  • How to break your unhealthy eating habits from detaching yourself from emotional eating and binging on unhealthy foods.

  • Finding the correct food plan to suit your own individual needs.

  • Giving you all the tools and advice necessary to keep you on track.

Here you'll find lots of amazing recipes that I've reviewed to be balanced and nutritious. You can save the recipes into your member section and if you also decide to take the nutrition plan, we can use these recipes as part of your 7 day weekly plan, helping you to stay on track and eat well.
