Strength and Conditioning Training

Online : One-to-One

You won't need equipment or a high fitness level to start, just access to a computer, comfortable clothes and some water. Log in weekly and I will guide you through your strength and conditioning training, ensuring it is at a level and pace that is right for your specific needs and goals. Working together for ultimate motivation to stay on track. You will be encouraged to follow plans given to achieve the best results.​

Cost:

£175, per month - 1 weekly session

£300 per month - 2 weekly sessions

Holistic Training Session

Online : One-to-One

A strength and flexibility programme with no equipment needed, perfect for anyone looking for a strong but gentle approach to exercise, including those who are completely new or looking for rehabilitation. We will use various yoga, pilates and core strengthening poses while focusing on the breath and mindfulness. It will be designed to suit you as an individual.  Working at a necessary pace together to achieve a new goal each week.

Cost:

£175, per month - 1 weekly session

£300 per month - 2 weekly sessions

Bespoke Training Session

In-Person : One-to-One

A training program that is designed around your needs and can be a mixture of techniques.  Great for people who want to tailor a programme for specific needs and targets, working and developing individual needs and priorities.

This is available to beginners through to advanced and professional levels, as it's built entirely for you and your goals.

You do not necessarily need to leave your home. I will come to you.

Cost:

£200 per month - 1 weekly session

£350 per month - 2 weekly sessions

Nutrition

Online : One-to-One

Eating a balanced diet is important for our body to work as it should. Eating whole foods and avoiding junk is key, but if you are still finding it hard to stay on track and are not getting the results you want then working with a nutritionist may be the boost you are looking for to stay on track.

£125 per month - 1 weekly session
