About the Recipe

Dessert for breakfast? Yes please. Tangy, tasty and well balanced with the crunchy walnuts. tastes just like real lemon cheese cake. With 30g of protein per portion, this will hit the spot with anyone building muscle or trying to stave off hunger until lunch time.

Ingredients

  • 300ml semi skimmed milk

  • 300g low fat cottage cheese

  • 600g skyr yogurt

  • zest and juice of 1 lemon

  • 25g chia seeds

  • 60g walnuts

  • 150g blueberries

  • 1 tbsp of honey


Preparation

  1. Blend the cottage cheese is you want a smooth finish along with the yogurt and milk

  2. Stir in the oats, chia seeds and grate the lemon zest in with the juice and honey.

  3. Divide the mixture into 5 pots, putting the blueberries on the top along with the crushed walnuts

  4. place in the fridge read for the next few days
