Preparation

Steps

  1. First make the meatballs by adding to the mince; 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of garlic salt and season with salt and pepper. Add an egg to bind and mix well with your hands, dividing into 24 meat ball shapes.

  3. Take out of the pan and leave to one side.

  4. Add the remaining olive oil to the pan and fry the onions for 5 minutes until soft. Add the peppers and cook for a futher 5 minutes, until soft.

  5. Add the grated fresh garlic, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of paprika and stir. If you want a hot sauce, you can add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of chilli powder to taste.
