Savour the vibrant and refreshing taste of our Overnight Berry Oats. The creamy oats are combined with a colourful mix of berries, providing a symphony of flavours and a boost of antioxidants.

You can swap the milk and yogurt for plant based options if you want a vegan alternative.

Ingredients

  • 50g porridge oats

  • 2 tbsp spoons of Greek, natural or plain kefir yogurt

  • 50ml of milk

  • 100g mixed berries such as strawberries, raspberries and blueberries

  • 20g cashews

  • 1 tsp of honey
