About the Recipe

Savor the rich, earthy flavors of our Seedy Protein Bar. Each bar is packed with a variety of seeds, offering a delightful crunch and a boost of essential nutrients. A perfect balance of taste and nutrition.

This will keep for a week and make a great post workout snack.
Nuts and seeds are excellent sources of vitamins, particularly vitamin E, B vitamins, and folate, along with essential minerals like magnesium, zinc, and selenium, and so a good option for a healthy sweet snack above reaching for a chocolate bar!

Freeze if you think you can’t be trusted not to eat them all at one.

  • 125g mixed seeds

  • 100g mixed nuts, finely chopped
